Hello, I'm Mrs Aulton and I'm the teacher in Eagle Class!

Useful Information:

PE Days: 

Outdoor PE - Thursday

Indoor PE - Monday

Please ensure that PE kits are in school at all times.

Earrings must be taken out for PE at home and long hair tied back please.

Library:

Children will be able to choose a new book from our school library each Wednesday.

Weekly Spelling Test:

Spelling tests in Year 2 take place on a Wednesday.

Spellings to learn will be sent out the same day.

Times Tables Rock Stars

Your child will complete a Times Tables Rock Stars activity on a daily basis. They will bring this sheet home with them. Please spend a little time marking the sheet with them and helping them to learn their times tables.

Every Friday, the children will complete a times table 'check' to see which facts they are retaining. You will receive a copy of this on a Friday.

Reading Diaries:

Any reading that your child does is valuable! Record it all in their reading diary and send these into school every day please.  There is no obligation to write in the diary, please just initial next to books read.
