Children's Page
This term we are learning lots about each other and new routines. As well as this we are sharing rhymes and songs and becoming familiar with them in order to recite them in our Harvest festival service at church.
Hook Question!
What can you tell us about you, what is your favourite rhyme?
In our classroom we have a
Value Vocabulary Garden.
In Reception we love to learn new and exciting words to build on to our existing vocabulary. This links closely to our project. We collect flowers each week that hold key words to grow in our garden!

J2e platform
Here at Perton First School, we thrive on making learning accessible to all children. We are ensuring that we are able to offer learning opportunities that are closely matched to those that would take place in the classroom, through our learning platform. This maximises opportunities for all children to learn and work can be set online for your child to work on at home, should your child need to self-isolate or in the event of a year group bubble needing to isolate at home. It is a useful link for us to have with parents/carers and enables us to work together as much as we can. We set our Maths homework weekly on J2e.

We thrive on the positive communication and relationships that we have with parents and carers in our school. We value the importance of supporting each other to promote children's well being and are always here to support you. We also now have Marvellous me to enhance this. We can celebrate successes, share messages, send reminders and also photographs of your children at work. You will receive a personal log in to access this fantastic resource.
