Early Birds & Night Owls
ABOUT THE CLUB
Early Birds and Night Owls Before and After School Club is registered with Ofsted and is based in our school hall. The club is open from 7.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday during term time. We also run Holiday Clubs during school holidays.
We are situated in our school hall and also have access to ipads and a large outdoor play area. Additionally we can use other school facilities such as the ICT Suite, playground, the sensory garden and our school field.
AIMS
We provide a safe, secure and relaxed environment, offering a range of activities which reflect the interests of the children in our care. We take children from two years of age upwards.
WHAT WE OFFER
Children are free to choose activities and resources as they wish. There will always be a selection of activities and resources available including dressing up, role play area, craft activities, board games, construction, computer games, physical play, gardening, cookery and reading.
STAFFING
All of the staff at Early Birds and Night Owls have significant experience of working with children and undertake professional development training on a regular basis. All staff are DBS checked. We maintain a staff/child ratio of 1:8 for children under the age of eight and 1:4 for 2 year olds in line with statutory requirements.

- Be consistent and reliable to enable you to plan with confidence and peace of mind
- Share and discuss your child's achievements, experiences, progress and friendships
- Ask your permission for special events
- Listen to your views and concerns to ensure that we continue to meet your needs
Early Birds and Night Owls booking form
We use an online booking system for Early Birds and Night Owls. Every month you will be required to complete the form below to book your required sessions. You can also book your required walking bus sessions using this form. Please click on the dates you require.

FEES
EARLY BIRDS:
7.30am - 8.35pm = £5.00 Rising 3’s to Year 6 (£7.00 2 year olds) per session including breakfast
Night Owls:
3.15pm – 4.15pm = £5.00 Rising 3’s to Year 6 (£7.00 2 year olds)
3.15pm – 4.45pm = £7.50 Rising 3’s to Year 6 (£10.50 2 year olds)
3.15pm – 5.30pm = £11.25 Rising 3’s to Year 6 (£15.75 2 year olds)
Late fee charge applies for collection after 5.30pm £10.00 per 15 minutes.
Please note, the charges noted above also include the Year 5 walking bus service
Each month we will send you a text to inform when charges have been added onto the Parent Pay system. You will then have 14 days from the date of the text to make your payment via Parent Pay or childcare vouchers. Charges 3-11 yr olds 2 year olds
Half Day £14.00 £20.00
Half Day & lunchtime £17.50 £23.50
Full Day £31.50 £43.50
Session times will be Monday to Wednesday 8am – 5pm and based in the school hall.
Holiday club operates during our half term holidays including;
February Half Term
Easter – both weeks except Easter Monday
May Half Term
Summer Holidays – First 3 weeks
October Half Term
(Please note, we do not run the holiday club during the Christmas break in December)
