Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

This year, the theme of Mental Health Awareness Week is KINDNESS.
During this week we would like you to see how many acts of kindness you can carry out. Below, you will find some useful documents including 'Daily Kind Acts' that will give you lots of ideas for the sorts of kind acts you could do.
There is also a link to the Mental Health Foundation website that you could visit for more information about mental health, mindfulness and wellbeing.
